Description
Cores are an important component of oil coolers, which maintain the temperature of oil.
As the name suggests, the oil cooler can reduce the working temperature of the oil and make the oil temperature close to the ideal value. Most cars with automatic transmission are equipped with more. The advantages are: 1. The cooled engine oil is thicker than the high-temperature oil and has better lubrication performance; 2. It can reduce the working temperature of parts and help to improve the service life of parts. 3. Improve the transmission efficiency (such as hydraulic torque converter) 4, increase the service life and sealing property of rubber products of oil seal. The material of oil cooler core requires strong corrosion resistance and heat dissipation. Generally, there are two kinds, one is copper and the other is stainless steel. The function of the oil cooler is to cool the lubricating oil and keep the oil temperature within the normal working range. Because of the high heat load, the oil cooler must be installed in the high-power engine. When the engine is running, the oil viscosity becomes thinner with the increase of temperature, which reduces the lubricating ability. Therefore, some engines are equipped with oil cooler, whose function is to reduce the oil temperature and maintain a certain viscosity of lubricating oil. The oil cooler is arranged in the circulating oil circuit of the lubrication system.
